Employee Engagement
Many organisations are now moving to employee research that is wholly focused on establishing the levels of employee engagement in their organisation – there are a number of established models that have been used to structure the questions in this survey – the focus is on the key drivers for assessing how engaged employees are in their work and whether this is aligned to achieving the business strategies.

Employee Engagement Plus
This survey incorporates the employee engagement questions but has an additional section that covers important aspects of people’s working relationship with their manager / supervisor, and with colleagues in their team. It looks at some of the key enablers for people being able to perform in their role including performance and development management.

In-depth Employee Research Survey
This survey incorporates the employee engagement questions but looks in detail at all aspects of good business and HR practices. Topics covered in this format include Strategic Direction, Communications, Leadership and Management Effectiveness, Company Values and Ways of Working, Working relationships between different parts of the business, Recognition and Reward, Performance Management and Training & Development. Fairness and equality of opportunity can also be included.
This comprehensive survey suits companies that have either not previously undertaken employee research by providing a starting point – or that have gone through a period of significant change, providing a comprehensive assessment of employee views towards all of the important factors to do with leading, managing and developing people to perform in their role, aligned with the company’s strategic aims and objectives.
