The Pioneer Group
The purpose of the Pioneer Group is two-fold: Firstly it will provide some useful information for the annual HR conferences, furthering the understanding of themes to be covered in it - and secondly it will serve as a learning exercise in planning the detailed provision of the services to the membership, in particular the development of benchmarking data that can be used for the benefit of the CANTO membership and the region.
A continuing priority from last year’s HR conference is the desire from the membership to foster collaboration within the region, sharing Human Resources (HR) and Training best practices to support Caribbean telecommunications operators’ business goals for increasing productivity, improving morale, and enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
We are looking for a maximum of 10 companies to take part in the pioneer group, ideally varying in size and location within the region. It will be advantageous to work with companies that will be using employee surveys for the first time, as well as with CANTO members that have carried out employee research before.
Timing of the Pioneer Group
The timing for the pioneer group to carry out their employee surveys will be between 1st August and 31st October 2010.
