Our Ethos
PeopleSurv specialises in online research and surveys for a wide range of applications, with over 10 years of experience of developing innovative formats for stimulating and capturing people’s views on important matters. We offer a comprehensive service and pride ourselves on taking a flexible and pro-active approach to ensure we fully understand each of our clients aims and objectives for the project.
Using the latest software technology for designing and running online surveys we are able to offer real value for money and economies when rerunning the survey / research. With the growth in the number of surveys people are asked to take part in, we invest heavily in developing innovative ways to ensure people find our surveys stimulating, worthwhile and straightforward to complete.
The success of online surveys depends on securing high response rates and then the speed in which the results are published and acted upon. We are able to present the full set of results within 10 working days from the survey’s closure.
We believe the following factors are critical for successfully using surveys and utilising the feedback to gain advantage:
- Questions should be relevant and only asked if there is a commitment to act on the results
- Open and honest feedback can only be secured if people are confident about their anonymity – we have a series of safeguards to guarantee this
- Surveys and forms must be eye-catching, well laid out, concise, and easy to complete, holding the participants interest
- Appropriate question styles should be used – including agreement rating scales, ranking of importance, dropdowns, multiple and single select options, and fields for ‘Other – please specify’
- People are encouraged to explain their ratings by providing supporting comments
- The results and findings are presented and acted upon without unnecessary delay
- That there is a commitment to repeat the survey in order to gain full value from tracking the year-on-year trends
Our pricing is based on the size and complexity of the survey, and the extent of the analysis and reporting requirements. Costs do not increase just because of the potential number of participants.
